One Day, I’ll Bake

Voice Note Journal — Reflections

I’ve always wanted to learn how to make bread from scratch.
Not just the quick kind, but the kind that asks you to slow down — to knead, to wait, to trust.

Somehow, life has always gotten in the way.
Not because it’s too difficult, I don’t think.
But because it requires something I haven’t always given myself: time, patience, and a little bit of sacred prioritization.

It’s a small thing, maybe. But it’s also not. Because carving out time for the things we quietly long for — even the simple ones — is a way of saying to ourselves: your dreams matter, too.

I still hope to make space for it one day. Maybe soon.
