my approach to memoir writing

Writing has always been a throughline in my creative life — a quiet practice of reflection, resilience, and meaning-making.

Over time, I discovered how powerful it is to tell the stories we once thought we couldn’t — the ones shaped by complexity, by emotion, and by the invisible threads that define us.

Memoir writing, to me, is not about having all the answers. It’s about finding the language for experiences that deserve to be witnessed — first by ourselves, and then by others.

Through my own journey of writing a deeply personal memoir, I learned what it means to move through vulnerability, doubt, and ultimately, a reclamation of voice.

Today, I offer the Memoir Writing Course to support others who feel called to tell their story — whether they are just beginning or finding their way back to the page.

If you’re ready to start, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
